Part I – Yuzu Jasmine Green Tea Mead

To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of HoWong Brewing, we proudly present our very first HK-Japan mead collaboration.
We personally flew to Japan to brew this special batch alongside our friends at Antelope Brewery.
Using fresh yuzu grown in Japan and jasmine green tea leaves brought from Hong Kong, we created a lightly floral, citrus-forward mead that tells the story of two cities, 2487 kilometers apart.

  • Ingredients: Genuine Honey (Myanmar), Jasmine Tea, Citron
  • ABV: 8%

Part II: Yuzu Jasmine Green Tea Mead - White Wine Barrel Aged Version

This special release takes our beloved Part I mead and ages it over half a year in white wine oak barrels.

More than a mead, Part II is a continuation of a story — a deeply collaborative expression of craftsmanship between brewers from Hong Kong and Japan.
